• Contact details (name, email, phone) — to respond to quote requests, create and deliver your order, and provide support. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Property and listing details (address, home type, highlights, buyer profile, photos you share) — to generate your script and video. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Account credentials (email and password for the orders dashboard) — to secure access. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (pages visited, device identifiers, IP address) — to keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; we never see or store your full card number.

• Paddle (Merchant of Record) — for the sale of our products, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Service providers that host and operate our website, database, and AI processing;
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed;
• Authorities where required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — order and contact records for as long as we provide the service and as required for tax and accounting, then delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
