Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your video. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no complicated conditions.

To request a refund, email us at mikaerecleave@icloud.com with your order details and we'll process it back to your original payment method. Card refunds are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and usually land within 5–10 business days.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider. If a refund is issued, the license to use the delivered video ends and we may ask you to stop using it in your marketing.
