Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Flowpilot ("Flowpilot", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Flowpilot website and services. By using our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a video package, you agree to these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a brokerage or another organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Flowpilot creates cinematic AI-generated video tours of real estate listings ("videos") for brokers and homeowners, based on the property details, photos, highlights, and buyer profile you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered video to market the property it was created for, within the package you purchased.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged per order. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. For some transactions, Stripe also handles tax compliance, fraud protection, and transaction-level support on our behalf; in those cases your bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside our name. You can also choose to pay by invoice — we email the invoice after you place your order. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy in addition to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the listing photos, property details, and other material you submit ("your content"). You grant Flowpilot a limited license to host and process your content solely to create and deliver your video. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit and that it is accurate.

Because our videos are AI-generated, you are responsible for reviewing the final video before publishing it, verifying that property details shown are accurate, and for how you use the output.

You must not misuse our service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• Submit content that infringes others' intellectual property rights;
• Create misleading, deceptive, or defamatory content, including deepfakes or misrepresented property details;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping, or circumvention of technical limits);
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service itself.

Flowpilot retains ownership of the Flowpilot service, its software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms and full payment, the delivered video is licensed to you for marketing the property it was created for. If you believe content on our service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove infringing material; repeated infringement may lead to account suspension.

We aim to deliver videos within the timeframe stated for each package, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the website or service. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and is not a substitute for professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowpilot is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
